Memory Care

Residents who call San Gabriel “home” on a full-time basis enjoy all the benefits of our facilities, programming, services and care. They spend their days in our cheerful, light-filled common spaces and their late evenings in the comfort of their own private apartments. Our residents find purposeful occupation in our many cognitive and physical fitness activities as well as our social and recreational programming.

Three home-cooked meals a day, medication management, laundry and housekeeping are among the many services provided to our full-time residents. And their personal care needs are attended to by our capable staff members who are trained in addressing the unique needs of memory-impaired adults.

All of this, in a safe, secure environment with 24-hour supervision, is available to the residents of San Gabriel Memory Care.
